5oz burger, 1/2 oz cheddar, tomato, mustard. These baby pickles are so GOOD! I just bought two big jars at Walmart. Helps me with electrolytes too! Keeping my portions to single serving size really helps. I'm training my brain to be thin & stay thin.

MISTYBENNER, I started my serious weight loss January 1, 2023. So, that's 16 months! I got plantar faciatis in the fall 2022, had an undiagnosed heart rhythm problem and could barely walk. It was my wakeup call.

That looks amazing and I've added your luscious idea to my list. I have a small jar of those pickles on my table. Storage at a premium but am happy to be an apartment dweller. I love them, too!
