Had my mammogram and passed! Something I dread because I'm always concerned about the outcome, but something I need to do again, because I'm concerned about the outcome.
Ladies, if it's been more than a year, I highly encourage you to have your mammogram! There are a lot of free resources out there if $ is an issue, call your local clinic to learn your options. Not leaving out the boys. I think men feel more of a stigma about breast cancer. If you have any lumps, bumps, family history or concerns please get checked.
Until next year...
In the meantime taking a month off of drink, lowering inflammation (learning about low fodmaps) and need to add exercise back in the mix. Weather hear has been cold, rainy and windy, I will get there.
