Dinner and theater with a friend last night. Mussels & steak tartare salad & bread, but I'll have to estimate calories. We were thinking about sharing dessert, but fortunately didn't have time.
Today I have an appointment with my new urologist. I will finally address the issue of what to do about this probable, but unconfirmed renal cancer.
