So, I was disappointed with my small loss (which is not insignificant, just less than I have been losing, which almost feels like a step backward) and I took it out on the pavement. Walked 2 miles instead of 1.5, and a different more difficult route. Big hill! Feeling better and more relaxed, about that anyways.
