I'm glad to hear that you gave up for a few minutes and hopefully got that out of you system. ;o) And it's so good that you immediately reached out for support. You have a very nice downward pointed graph of weight release. Pat yourself on your back for that! And remember that it's an accomplishment to release weight or just stay even this time of year when temptation is especially ubiquitous and holidays can be stressful. Think of all the pounds you won't have to lose after the holidays because you stayed on track.

Thanks everyone. It's been a rough yr and crap just keeps happening and there is nothing I can do to change it. I also remembered that when things get so bad, the blessing is just around the corner. This is the only place where I get positive support. Love to you all
