Finally off the Dr's liquid/then low fiber diets. Liquid diets are mostly sugar/carb - it's been tough to get in my good macros! So last night I planned a low carb, protein high breakfast, and here's the key, 'stuck to it'! 1 egg plus one egg white, blistered grape tomatoes, seasonings and a tbsp of parm. Was kind of like breakfast pizza! It feels good to be getting back on track, to have had a little sunshine up here in the great white north (63 degrees yesterday)! Sat in the sun and restored some vitamin D. Good for the soul. YAY, life is good. Happy Sunday FS Peeps, keep on making those small strides and do something today to feed your soul. For those doing the Super Bowl parties, stay strong, you can do this!!!
