Weighed in 3lbs lower, on a full stomach right after supper last night. Seems like a nice drop but truth be told, I don't know my real weight is. My diet, for health reasons has had me eating, at the most 1100 calories a day. I have been mostly on a liquid diet for over a week as a way to 'jumpstart' my digestive system. Joy of joys!! But, slowly, I'm improving, so I'll take that 😀
