I have been so busy with work that I'm not counting calories like I should. I am walking twice a day though, no matter how tired and sleepy I am. Actually, with the weather cooling off slightly, I'm walking up the mountain road more often now. If not for that, my slack eating habits would probably show up worse on the scale than it does even now. I'm not happy about a 2-lb gain. I have got to get a grip on this. I'm pissed off.
