Woke at 218.8, up .2 from this time yesterday. Will not get a workout in tonight as we are going to dinner and a play. Will have to watch out for sugar. Will have a few hard rolls but will cool it on dessert. UPDATE: Had a nice dinner and saw the play “Beautiful” at the Kennedy Center. It was a great story of Carole King’s life and of course, the music was amazing. Had halibut and chard (spinach) for dinner. One hard roll and butter and a small yogurt based dessert. Had a scotch, half a bottle of wine, and a Spanish coffee with Licor 43 in it. Ended the day at 2142 calories. Came home and did 12 minutes on the treadmill to get my 750 calorie deficit. Day is done! Will weigh in tomorrow post-workout (and before our trip to the beach).
