I did something I haven't been able to do in years...I jogged on the treadmill for 5 minutes. I feel like I could have kept going but I was worried about overdoing it. I am so excited to start running again! The lowest weight I've had in the last 15 years was right after my daughter was born...I started running and did a couch to 5k. I was also breastfeeding and the weight fell off. It helped that I didn't gain much when I was pregnant... she weighed 8lb 5oz and I had only gained 9 pounds total.
So excited to be on this journey and reaching my goals. I honestly never thought I'd be able to lose weight like this again. It blows my mind to be down almost 50 pounds!
