I was glad to step on the scale and see that I am down 11 lbs. I think if I could just cut out the sodas it would help. But the caffeine headache and the old habits are so hard to get over

I was watching a thing on youtube where a doctor was saying to switch to caffeinated water. Most people are addicted to the caffeine, and that is what normally causes the headaches. Quick search might tell you more though. Good luck with dropping the soda.

There are several drinks besides soda that have caffeine so you could still get a bit of caffeine without the sugar and chemicals of sodas. Weaning yourself slowly from so much caffeine would be a good thing. There are a lot of different flavors of tea now.
