First meal down. I wonder if I ate enough. My calories seem on the low side. But, I'm not hungry. I guess that's what matters.

I have been dieting for a week this time, and have not been hungry. I think that I am drinking more water than I have in the past and that has made a difference. I am doing fine with the carbs, and also my calories are less than I thought, but like you, I am not concerned.
