This is absolutely the most I've EVER weighed in my life, and the gaining has got to stop! My sister has committed to walking with me daily, and hoping I can get my mom and dad to walk too. Also gonna get back on track with my eating. Gonna try 1400 calories days alternated with 1800 calorie days. I've read several places that alternating your calorie intake keeps your weightloss from stalling.
