I came from the doctor yesterday to discover my a1c had dropped from 9.2 meaning totally out of control to 5.1 in less than 3 months. I will state right for the record I have maintained the phase 1 for the entire 3 months but getting my blood sugar under control was more important not that the diet was that hard to follow because I was always full
