I will be shocked if I post a loss tomorrow. My vacation was very carb heavy and I packed on 11 lb water weight. 8 lb of that is gone so far. I think it will be a wash. Having some structure to my mealtimes saved me from buying candy at gas stations, and I count that a win. On Saturday, I did eat until I felt uncomfortably full. I haven't done that for a long time. I would have been satisfied with one meal each day, but decided I would feel cheated, so I ate that second meal anyway. Not a lot of food volume wise, though. I could eat only half portions and hubs was stuffed, so the dogs were thrilled. I used to be like a bottomless pit and now I definitely have limits, which is another win. I retired my size 24 jeans, and squeezed into some 20s. I don't have 22s for some reason, so I will be wearing 2X sweats around the house. They fit nicely. Fasted through a birthday gathering yesterday, fasting today, breaking fast tomorrow. Looking forward to liver and onions tomorrow and Friday. Attending a wedding Saturday. Will make best attempt to log wedding food. Maintenance on eating days is just under 2100 kcal, and plan to stick with that until I reach a new fasted low, probably next week. Since my fed weight can be as much as 10+ lb over my fasted weight, I am adjusting my goal weight to 125 lb.
