Canned pumpkin, greek yogurt,Ascent unflavored whey protein,banana,olive oil,pumpkin spice,raw oats, sugar free maple syrup and walnuts. About 600 calories, 38 protein and lots of healthy fat and fiber. One of the few items I use a sugar free product.
