I have started getting up at 3:30 to go to the gym.. it has been a little rough because I am NOT a morning person. But... I have a choice.. go after work and miss seeing my grand kids, or get up early and going. GRAND KIDS WIN EVERY TIME! Not really a contest! :)

good on you! I get up at 10 to 4 most days, I thought I was the only one who gets up at that hour.

Just be careful, not sleeping enough can affect your weight loss horribly. Tbh, one hour of extra sleep is worth 3 hours of gym. I am not kidding, it's been medically proven.

I have started going to bed earlier.. to compensate for getting up earlier...
