started keto on Aug 30. my birthday. a little gift to myself so to speak. anyway its working but seriously getting tired of dairy products and eggs for breakfast. also really extra tired of chicken! I'm allergic to latex food cross overs so that means tomatoes avocado banana potatoes. no fun foods for me. I'm also very sensitive to oral allergies. so have to be very careful with berries, melons and that kinda thing. yes my diet is super restricted anyway and now I've restricted it further. so with that being said could anyone give me food ideas that taste great lol. give my very restricted diet some color please!!! oh I'm also lactose intolerant lmao. but at least there's pills for that one right lol.

can you eat green beans and broccoli and cauliflower and cheese? I'm not good at eating much vegetables myself and I am lactose intolerant also milk bloats me up so bad but I love it just can't have much of it.

Not sure what you mean by latex food crossovers or oral allergies. Based on that I don’t know what to suggest, but I hope you find a way of eating that can work for you.
