Started running - firstly managed three runs of just over a mile -Then yesterday managed 4K in 27 minutes all without stopping. Not too shabby after a 13 month break! - We have a holiday in Wales coming up in middle next month Targeting getting 77.4 kg for then =loss of 2 stones
