I read your bio. Your story reflects that which many of us have lived. the only comment I would make is that up until my 50s I was an obese but healthy, active and strong person so I had come to accept that obesity was just my lot in life. Once menopause hit, hypothyroid set in, my health and joints started to tank. Blood pressure went to stroke level risk. That prompted the need for change. I wish you well on your journey.
