So day one has already been a catastrophe. 177 calories left, and it's not even dinner time, yet. I had a mad sweet tooth, and being a chocoholic, I went a little nuts. On the bright side, I've eaten almost all of my sweet stash... if you want to call that a bright side.
All through my second pregnancy I was munching on sweets and other junk, and I just can't shake the habit.
Dinner will be more than 177 calories, I'll tell you that right now.
I hope for a better go tomorrow.

try to stick with healthy lean protien for dinner, and start again tomorrow, this is a day to day battle we can all win!
