Very low-calorie meals today, so I finished it off with a great big chunk of coconut tres leches cake, so good. We'll see how that looks on the scale tomorrow.

You're doing good! I had a Colonoscopy last week. Thought I'd lose weight from the prep but gained 2lbs. Must have been from the fluid and electrolytes. The next day I ate and dropped those 2lbs! I would have thought I'd have gained! Then lately I drop 2lbs and gain 2lbs for no apparent reason. Ive never done that before. So weird how the body fluctuates!

My weight fluctuates dramatically, I tend to retain fluids. You've maintained your weight very well for a long time, and you look fantastic.

Thanks Shir! You do too! I remember your before and after pic. It feels good to be lighter! I know we can't sweat a few pounds. I've learned alot by observing how the body fluctuate. It's all very interesting and I definitely don't have that all or nothing mentality anymore. I'm glad you had fun with your friends and hope you keep getting better!!!
