Just a note to keep in mind:

If counting net, only subtract veggie fibers from total. This is what works for some.

Also, in the early stages of getting keto-adapted counting total carbs is easier to stay within your limit. As you get used to it you can try net carbs... But if you stop losing, you need to go back to total.
