Stalled! No loss, but no gain either. I have one more 2.5mg shot then I go to 5mg. I am going to start doing wall pilates to prevent muscle wasting.

I stay motivated. I'm eating more calories, but still under my limit and within my macros/carb limits. I hope it will trick my body and up my metabolism a bit.

I admit a little discouragement. I lost so well the first 2 weeks. I think back to when I religiously watched The Biggest Loser and the 3rd week always seemed to be really hard. Trying to remember that!

Mel can you not do some kind of exercise? A stationary bike? Just walking? I cant remember if you said there was a reason. You are going to want to incorporate exercise as just a way of life forever so you stay mobile as you age. Im coming off of a couple of years of true immobility and with the will of God and my hard work i hope to never go back there.

I was not able due to my size and an underlying autoimmune condition. I was told that I would need to lose about 30 pounds before starting slowly and was also planning to use it to break a stall. But I'm ready to do some gentle exercise now so I'm going to start and hope for no injury!

Here’s an idea. Get some small 2 or 5 pound dumbbells. Seated in a chair you should be able to do bicep curls and also tricep exercises. My fil was 500 lbs and those were some of the gentle exercises pt had him doing. Have you been seen by physical therapist?

Melkaye, if you can find a gym with a lap pool, that might work for you. I'm unable to do most exercises due to various health issues, but a can swim. I've created modified strokes to fit my needs, and I swim very slowly, but it gets me moving and feeling better.
