I'm not a big ice cream fan. Don't get me wrong, I do like some in the summer. However, my husband could LIVE on it. So I pulled out my ice cream maker today to surprise him with some homemade chocolate ice cream.

OMG, I forgot how much work goes into it. Forget needing to go for a walk, I was on my feet for nearly an hour making this! Good thing I love him, haha.

It's currently in the machine, and when I give him a scoop, I will take a pic of it done. BTW... anyone know how to count macros for licking up spills on my hand and countertop?? It wasn't much, less than a 1/4 tsp, but you know, counting calories and all. ROFL! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
