Yesterday was maintenance and I'm still slipping toward my last stall point.
Today is my day off. Bought a new bbq. A traeger tailgate pro hardwood pellet bbq. Borrowed one and loved it. Not cheap but high quality and the food is still moist and juicy rather than dried from a blast of propane. Hoping to build a bench today too. I was at the store to get the bbq and passed up the electrical bits that I need for the house. No point having too many projects ahead. I have to look busy to the boss.

Lol the boss must be pleased. Wonder what "stall point" means?

Stall point is where my weight stayed. It didn't want to go down from there. Hoping this new approach will hit it and then allow me to lose again.

Yeah. Just stick with it. From experience, one hits a plato and it seems like it's never going to shift, but then it does and when it does, it's great!!

Yes, happens all the time. The scale is not the tell-all instrument either. I may be at the same weight, but muscle tone is much more important to me.
