I'm up to 3 laps of our trail, twice a day. It's been tough in the rain, as the trail gets muddy and wet leaves are downright treacherous, but we've still be doing it. That is a BIG NSV!!! One thing I've noticed with our trail, the elevation in the last stretch. OH BOY! It's only 8-10ft, but it happens in a small stretch. It feels like I'm on a 45 degree angle going up it. But the burn. THE BURN! The back of my thighs and my buttocks scream at me by the third lap, lol. It's not much. It's the small victories. As Woody Harrelson said in Zombieland: Enjoy the little things!
