Went out to dinner in Laughlin for prime rib last night. Can feel the sodium bloat today! Going to see Lynard Skynard tonight. Joe is super excited!

Have fun!!!! I ate a big pretzel, onion rings and fish tacos last night but also burned an extra 400 calories dancing! Between lunges and dancing my knees throbbed all night! BTW - looking gorgeous! Just love your hair.

Red porch, sounds like you had a fun night too. I'm getting ready to take a long walk before it gets too hot. I didn't bring my scale but I'm sure I'm up this morning. I am going to enjoy it though because next week after I see nutritionist I'm going on a bit of a different journey. She texted me a food plan that will help build my immune system up. It includes Phytonutients and some thing else I already forgot..anyway, I'll post more about it after I see her.

Mainecoon and Stormsgirl, thank you! We are in our RV and campground is right next to concert venue. My husband has been sitting outside ( in the heat) listening to them rehearse and stuff on and off all afternoon. He is so excited! He is a musician at heart and plays guitar songs this is right up his alley. As for me I've been by the water and pool!
