My body continues to dry me crazy! You make no sense when it comes to diet/exercise and the damn scale!!
172.8 lb Lost so far: 43.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, our bodies are strange. They are made up of 60% water so many things can effect the scale like: sodium, exercise, kinds of food we eat, medications, stress, etc. Some weeks we overeat and lose, other weeks we can undereat and gain, lol! Crazy!
