@JB - Thanks!! I actually quit worrying about it and focusing on trying to stay consistent. Easier said than done but I am happy my workouts are increasing back up in strength.

@CG- thanks! I really enjoy my workouts and getting stronger. Still not back on some of my lift strengths but at least being in this community we all see everyone having setbacks and coming back!!

YOH- it is part of my warmup routine before I start lifting. You are on your knees and throw a 10# ball 6x at a wall as hard as you can. Then I go do a weighted plank. You rotate that 3x and then a water break and then on to the lifting.

Ahhhh. It’s not just a facade——you ARE SO STRONG!!!!BTW i have total arm envy - your arms are so gorgeous. Sounds like an awesome warm up but dont think i can get myself to throw a ball at the wall of my house🏃♀️….

You are doing great Redporch! We are at similar weights ( when I'm working out .) but you outdo me every time in kettlebell weight. If I lift to heavy with them I hurt my back which probably means I have bad form. 💪💪

@YOH- thanks for the kind words!! Yeah I would not recommend the walls of your house! 🤣 The ball is really hard so throwing it at a cement wall or a wall built for it would be best. We do ball slams too and take a 10# smaller ball I think it is filled with sand and you raise above your head and than throw it at the ground as hard as possible. On those days they they rotate those with a suitcase carry so I walk 60’ carrying a 50# dumbbell left side than right side.

@Diana you will be back at it before you know it. I hope you are feeling better each day!! The trainer is a stickler for form. When I do kettlebell swings my heart beat shows it! However I think the lunges from this last workout I did something. I felt a burn right under my right knee cap. I adjusted my form for the next sets and it went away but feeling it today. As we get older we sure get setback easily don’t we. Get better so I can see your workout pictures!
