Alright, it's getting nicer outside, so it's time to start walking our trail again. We have a quarter kilometer trail on the property (0.16 of a mile), with a few good hills. I used to be able to do 8 laps, but it's been a few years, so I will start off slowly. Yesterday was the first lap. OH MY! Gotta remember not to overload my asthmatic lungs *smh*.

Alright, be the tortoise... be the tortoise. 🐢
