FS didn't let me journal yesterday, so here is last night's info:
Started my RLS medicine last night. It helped me fall asleep, which was a great help. I expect it will take a few days to a week to start working on the RLS aspect, but I'll take the sleep for now. 😉
Here was last night's dinner: Chicken Caesar salad, with homemade dressing, bacon, parm and baked chicken. (now it won't let me upload a pic 🙄)
