It's a funny old world isn't it, I am one of those classic dieters who steam in there, go for it for about five weeks or so, and then all of a sudden a bit of illness or something similar and you stop the diet, and so here I am four months after losing 24lbs over about four weeks, and guess what? I am up 24lbs! Back to square one. I started back at the walking yesterday and will walk again today, all being well I'll have that dip in weight after seven days, not too bad, I felt great after the walk yesterday,and wasn't too slow (16 minute mile) so kind of happy with initial progress. weighed in yesterday 19.5 stone, not good, kind of kick myself for putting it all back on, but then I enjoyed eating and drinking all that crap too! I am off on summer holidays end of july, so would like to see a svelter self by then, only one way, sufferation, and abstinence! Hope you are all well, and being really successful in your own progress.
