I have been high protein, have no sugar, and have been low-carb OMAD for almost a year. I call the diet the caveman keto diet but I don't see any reason to change congratulations

Is it easy for you to do this type of fasting? I had a yretty hard time with it. I took a break from fasting for a while now i just record whenever i stop/start eating. Usually 13-14 hr fasts on school days(i work at a head start center) and 14-16 hr fasts on weekends.

@Dazey_is_Healing I was already doing the 16/8 so it wasn’t that big of a transition just had to get my body used to eating at a later time. And yes when your busy like you are you have to do a fast that fits your schedule but yours is good as long as you get it done.
