Does anyone else use this feature? I love that you can do a list view or month view and see your calories in and calories out for every day and the net. I have used a TDEE calculator and my TDEE is 1615. I know it is probably not 100% accurate but my apple watch is probably not either. Just a fun graph to watch that FS has available to us!

I've used it on the handful of occasions that I track my food, just to see the CI trend (I don't tally exercise -- no tracker/watch. Just do it.). You are obviously much better at monitoring than me 🤣

@JB - it may be the accountant in me as I love tracking, trends, graphs, etc. I think that is why when my trainer moved me to macros to lose that final 10# it just clicked with me. The CI trend is good too though because you can still correlate that with your progress.

@Matt - It has a list view too. I was just messing around with it because I wanted to track my sodium too.

I linked my garmin to fat secret and have been using it since October to determine how much I eat everyday based on what it says I burned and its worked through the bulk and cut as well as periods where I tried to Maintain for a bit. for me it works Fantastic

I’m a new member. I believe I have the list view. Can’t see where to change to monthly view?? Thanks

I love this feature. I think of it as my calorie ledger. I too have mine linked to my Garmin watch. I try to shoot for at least a -500 calorie net daily, which should be at least a weekly loss of 1 pound. So even though I have my daily calorie limit set for 1500, as long as I'm in a -500 calorie or more deficit, then I don't worry about going over the 1500.

Shrinking, on my mobile app it is at the top of the daily diary where I record my food.

I’ve tripped on this feature a couple times (maybe on the full website?) Thanks for the reminder that it’s there.

You have convinced me to finally update the app. I don't think I have updated it in years. I've been recently wishing it had that feature, so it is very pleasant to see that it does.

I use the CI feature

Thanks Redporchlady for additional notes 😊Apparently I need to maintain some key data to really benefit from the app. Enjoy your week! 🎶

Where is that? I can only see my calorie intake on the home page. The diary is now showing a % of RDI but it’s not tracking anything.

I don't think any one was really being judgmental or condemning. I think they are just trying to give you proper info and advice.

Wisco Soul yes! Exactly how I use it

ohh and to add I have had it load incorrectly a few times it actually loaded wrong for me yesterday

@otb - I like that and that is what I have been watching too. Where I was trying to lose a couple of pounds I wanted that -500 net for calories so it is nice to look at this and see the CI & CO. I think it helps for maintaining too.

@gerbygirl - I see this when on my computer and not thru the phone app. If you click on the date in your FS it has a drop down box and you can choose Month View or List View.

@shrinkingmyfartarse- BTW love your FS name! I see it on my computer and if you click on the date in your FS it has a drop down box and you can choose Month View.
