Wow 20 percent body fat for a women is very lean you must have have significant muscle mass to be that lean and right on the edge of normal bmi awesome work 👏

I feel as if I’m just big boned. 🤨trying really hard to start my body beast again but I’m so preoccupied w work and dh and adult children. Once I get on a roll something happens and I’m finished. So many excuses but I need tone.

Plus that’s just the Renpho scale it’s probably off by a lot 🤪 gonna get the calipers out and check that way.
