Holding pretty steady, which is always better than gaining. Still hoping to drop into the 140s though before summer ends.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 46.6 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I knoe how you feel,I will be thrilled when I hit the 160's,maybe by spring the 140's will be knocking at my door. Your body as you alreadt know has gone through some pretty major changes these months,it will need time to adjust to the new weight you are at,given some time it will be ready for the 140's,eventually it will find where it feels most comfortable and you will too.We are all holding your hand through this and we all cheer you on to your new life as a skinny!!
