Some backsliding during the winter months due to less exercising and rediscovery of bread and crackers (empty carbohydrates). Same target goal though. There will be a spring renewal.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
