Still icy out, expecting freezing rain overnight. Schools still all closed and city offices still closed! This may be the night more people lose electricity. We are fortunate to have wood stove and also propane heat. I am still not stepping outside the house, but doing arm exercises with weights.
I managed to keep carbs down today. Breakfast was mocha coffee with cheese onion omelet. Lunch was leftover chicken vegetable soup, with cheese, leftover tuna salad and rest of the bacon ranch salad, Supper was Elevation Protein shake. I rewarded myself with keto peanut butter fudge and cheese stick.
Macros: 20/52/28; 1493 calories; -559 net kcals. Weight stayed the same as yesterday.
