So, I have decided to have a cheat day today. Not worrying about everything just enjoying the day. I had BBQ pork loin that I smoked all morning, pasta salad, and I am going to take a VERY long bubble bath in my whirlpool tub tonight and have a bottle of wine. It has been a very stressful couple of days. Work issues and family issues and I have felt very stressed and overwhelmed. I did a ton of exercise this past week and stayed well below my RDI and ate well, and yet the scale said I gained 3 pounds today. It's not my weigh in day so I haven't recorded it, but honestly I don't think it is diet related, but STRESS related. I need a day to just sit back an relax and enjoy life. I might get in some jump roping later, but other than that...it's going to be a low key kind of day. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!
