Back on track today after four days of indulgence. I recorded everything I ate, and in that way, I stayed on program. The one thing I need to really remember about the past 4 days is how terrible I felt. Sunday was terrbile after eating so much sugar on Saturday. I need to put that at the forefront of my thinking. Sugar makes me feel like crap. Sugar makes me look like crap. Sugar is crap.

That's exactly what has happened to me!! Miss junk eater extraordinaire over here!!! Now, I look at people eating junk and I'm like--eh, I don't think I can go back to that. I'm scared to death of what's in all the processed stuff and I don't ever want to go back to feeling the way I did!
