Well, I'm back here after a long time! I started the Winter Warrior challenge If interested, https://www.winterwarrior.com/ with a group of friends (they let you have a team up to 5 people), to get me through the cold months in New England. You can sign up for 1 mile, 3 miles or more but you have to exercise 'outside' each day.
With it being cold and flu season and the weather sometimes horrific with snow, ice etc. I signed up for the 1 mile challenge. (I figure even with bad weather or if I'm sick, I can drag my sorry arse around for a mile). So I set an achievable goal, which is a good start. I can choose to walk/jog further, but that is my 'minimum' daily challenge.
So this seems to set the stage for starting back on my setting healthy eating and weight loss as well. Happy to be back and getting inspiration from you all! Happy New Year! 🎉
