Awesome on the increased walking! Moving to your cabin will be a perfect time to downsize all your stuff. Plus it burns calories 😊

LOL Just Bananas, not so much downsize. Re-focus on getting my house totally organized and super easy to clean once it is built. Get rid of all excess paper records and go through old clothes etc. Many of the old clothes will be boxed up to make rag rugs. Yes definitely get rid of some things that don't get used and give my kids or grandkids some of the knicknacks and duplicate stuff that I have. I still have much of my Mom's and Dad's things that no one has claimed.

Well I have a 3+ pound boneless pork shoulder roast (cushion roast in the local Mexican stores). 1/2 will be made into smoky chipotle pork that will be shredded for tacos etc. Recipe from Rick Bayless's Mexican Kitchen. Also the other 1/2 into a pork "stew" with pineapples and chilies from The Complete Mexican South American and Carribean Cookbook (it has 3 authors and some incredibly interesting and good recipes). I will be home the next couple of weeks so prep for a few meals and will vacuum freeze some. Will need to put it in the cookbook here to get the calories. Break is over time to move again chipotles as soaking.

Well not much cleaning done. Barely missed my step goal. I used lots of pans, ran out of sauce pans as some have been moved to the cabin. I learned that the sauces etc are time consuming and different than typical American Mexican fare. The Chipoltle pork is delish but definitely not tex-mex. I discovered I had not replaced the pineapple in my pantry so I will finish that one on Tuesday. It was cold and I just didn't feel like running to the store. I love to cook so it felt good to spend much of the day trying something new. Neck exercises done
