It has been a challenging couple of weeks. My neck has had a setback and I am trying to get it back under control. I have 4 fused cervical vertebras and blown discs above and below the fusion. They are mostly under control with continued exercises prescribed be PT, a neurologist, a pain management doc and an amazing trainer. So right now stretching and mobility exercises to get it back under control. I have been doing some basic upper body on the TRX.
Food not bad little energy for cooking and not enough veggies. It's still baby steps to get back on track. Things will get there.
