Yesterday was a great day! I didn't feel like going to the gym, so instead my husband and I grabbed a couple of rubber gloves and some trash bags and went for a three mile walk picking up litter on the side of the road. It was great exercise and I really felt like we were doing something nice for our community. And let me tell you, there was a lot of trash!
On another note, no more Nyquil for me...never realized there was like 186 calories in two tablespoons, which is one dose; been taking it for the last few days and, well, grrrr. Also, need to start drinking my coffee black.
