Otb - kettle bells are wonderful!! There is so, so much you can do with them (deadlifts, squats, swings, rows just to name a few) Do not be afraid to build on the collection. 😊💪

My gym budget is blown through the roof right now hahah but I picked up 5 of them an 8, 12, 16, 20, and 24 kg

wifey!!! So glad to find you in my comment section {{BIG BIG HUGS}}. And, thank you golf - that weight belt has been with me quite a while now :-) And, Kat, I promise on all this divine this girl is healthy and okay. I hope if I crossed your mind, your thoughts were good ones :-) It's been a whirlwind 2 months, but in a good way. And, yes I am still training for the century ride. My last long build was just this past Saturday and I clocked in 78 miles on the bike! And, yes I still have my heart set on training for a backyard half ironman next spring. We just keep on keepin' on!
