This morning I get on the scale and have not lost any weight even though my calorie counts have been below the recommended amount. From past experience, I am afraid that tomorrow I will have started gaining again. How is that possible when I have controlled my intake? I will start dumping water after about three days and then start all over again. This is just such a yo-yo, all of the time.
