Sunrise 10:14 AM • Sunset 3:04 PM It’s been pretty dark outside but got to see clear, beautiful, blue skies at lunchtime today. Did the treadmill this morning and wanted to do yoga tonight but I’m drained now. Resisted an evening snack tonight so maybe that’s my win. Also went back down a little on the scale. Going to hit the sack a bit early. 😴

Woah! We have sunlight approx. 7AM - 4PM and those hours aren't nearly enough. Wondering where you are? approximate, if you don't mind. I'm in the same time zone as Gwzfire.
