Woke at 199.4 after a weekend that included a new low weight, but also a delicious Saturday night dinner out, quite a bit of alcohol afterwards, and a no workout recovery day on Sunday. Targeting 1726 calories today to get me back on my 1989 per day average. Have a great week!
