Stay focused. I gave in to sugar last night, felt miserable, and didn't even enjoy the food because of guilt. I will slip and fall; but for goodness sake, I must keep going! The mere fact that I have lost 16 pounds and this is my first real fall back into my old ways needs to be acknowledged.
Keep going. It will get better, easier. And when temptation rears its ugly head - and I know it will - reflect on the sense of defeat I felt last night. Pick it up and throw it against the wall and just say "I can do this!!"
